In this role, selected candidates will serve as the primary bridge for retail consumers, handling hotlines professionally, confirming web purchases, and delivering outstanding technical product support.
Candidate Requirements & Educational Prerequisite
- Academic Degree: Bachelor’s degree completion from any reputable, recognized university.
- Experience Track: 1 to 2 years of active industry exposure is preferred, though fresh graduates are explicitly encouraged to apply.
- Technical Aptitude: Tech-savvy mindset with a comprehensive, solid understanding of modern gadget and technology products.
- Language Standards: Fluency and clear precision in both Bangla and English (verbal and written).
- Soft Skills: Outstanding computer skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, and a resilient mindset to work under stress.
Key Core Responsibilities
- Manage inbound hotline calls following strict professional guidelines and customer care standards.
- Address user complaints and inquiries while providing accurate, top-notch hardware and product specifications.
- Verify, track, and confirm incoming online marketplace orders efficiently.
- Maintain comprehensive and meticulous records of all logged consumer complaints and support requests.
- Uphold a positive, solutions-oriented attitude during stressful customer interactions.
Selection Mechanism
The structural screening protocol involves a multi-tier format. Eligible and shortlisted prospects will undergo a standard interview phase, followed by a mandatory written examination to evaluate communication and analytical competencies.
