Key Responsibilities & Daily Funnels

• Identify premium potential business leads via market research, B2B networks, and cold outreach.
• Conduct structured in-person corporate visits and virtual discovery meetings with potential SME clients.
• Pitch and present Rysenova’s HR & payroll optimization features and unique selling propositions confidently.
• Execute systematic multi-channel follow-ups using phone call streams, emails, and professional WhatsApp pipelines.
• Convert interested software prospects into premium paid accounts by managing the entire conversion cycle.
• Log interaction data and maintain flawless sales histories across internal CRM database tools.
• Report performance metrics directly to the Assistant Sales Manager with structured daily and weekly summaries.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal pitch, and negotiation presentation skills in both Bangla and English.

• Mobility: Must be completely comfortable and flexible with traveling for on-site corporate client visits across Dhaka.
