To support international clientele, operations are structured across the following night shifts:

• Male Candidates: 6:00 PM till 3:00 AM
• Female Candidates: 9:00 PM till 6:00 AM

• Degree Level: Bachelor’s degree in any specific discipline from a well-reputed university.
• Minimum University Grade: CGPA score must be 3.00 or above on a 4-point scale.
• Secondary/Higher Education: Combined CGPA in SSC/O Level & HSC/A Level must be 9.00 or above.

• Excellent command over English communication (comprising speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
• Superlative computer literacy with explicit proficiency in working with digital spreadsheets.
• Remarkable English typing speed coupled with high data accuracy.
• Strong analytical framework, decision-making capabilities, and leadership qualities.
• Natural curiosity and a high propensity to acquire new procedural knowledge.
• Ability to work independently with supreme discipline, high professionalism, and attention to detail.

• Master the company’s core operations, structural policies, and high-level managerial perspectives.
• Examine field data outcomes and prepare meticulous estimates for all required repairs.
• Cross-check field reports to ensure all operational delivery aligns perfectly with client parameters.
• Format field data results systematically and submit them directly onto proprietary client portals.
• Isolate project improvement opportunities based on guidelines provided by international clients.
• Collaborate cleanly across multiple teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders to produce company-aligned value.

Salary Matrix	Incentives & Structural Benefits
• Standard Base Pay: BDT 30,000/- per month. • First Month Salary: BDT 20,000/- during onboarding.	• 2 Festival Bonuses (Eid-Ul-Fitr & Eid-Ul-Adha). • Standard Quarterly Incentive Plan (applicable following probation period).
