To support its scaling socio-economic programs, the institution is welcoming applications for a structured Coordinator post based in Dhaka. The strategic role is configured to oversee project implementation metrics, guide stakeholder communication, manage documentation, and lead fieldwork frameworks.
Academic Qualifications & Eligibility
- Degree Framework: Master’s degree or Master of Social Science (MSS) in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Development Management, International Relations, or closely related domains.
- Medium Preference: Job seekers emerging from certified English-medium educational backgrounds will be granted direct preference.
- Language Standards: Top-tier, flawless written and verbal communication fluency in the English language.
- IT Literacy: High competency in operating the full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets).
- Mobility Parameters: Absolute willingness to travel domestically across fields and internationally as per operational requirements.
- Availability: Candidates with immediate joining availability will receive absolute priority throughout evaluation.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Orchestrate multi-sector project activities to guarantee on-time completion of designated milestones.
- Act as the primary focal liaison between corporate clients, external consultants, and field partners.
- Compile high-level progress reports, strategic presentations, corporate documentation, and official meeting minutes.
- Organize and facilitate professional workshops, strategic training programs, corporate meetings, and field operations.
- Provide structural backend support for academic research, ongoing data collection, and project proposal formulation.
- Track project schedules meticulously and retain highly secure, indexed project portfolios.
- Support senior directors with day-to-day project governance and administrative tasks.
