পদের উদ্দেশ্য (Job Purpose)
This position ensures highly effective HR operations across field branches. দায়িত্বপ্রাপ্ত অফিসারকে field-based recruitment পরিচালনা, payroll accuracy নিশ্চিত করা, staff profiles রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ এবং final settlements নিখুঁতভাবে হ্যান্ডেল করতে হবে। এছাড়াও, field staffs-দের জন্য HR compliance বজায় রাখা, safeguarding নিশ্চিত করা এবং HR policy বাস্তবায়ন করা এই পদের অন্যতম মূল কাজ।
শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা (Eligibility Criteria)
- Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management (HRM) from any recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 01 year of relevant professional experience will be given high preference.
- Nationality: This corporate position is open only to Bangladeshi citizens.
- Skill Sets: Proficient in MS Office applications and highly familiar with modern HR software & payroll systems.

- Good knowledge of modern HR concepts & basic understanding of global HR practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, writing, and oral presentation skills in both Bangla & English.
- Expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and field-level negotiation.
- Solid understanding of HR compliance framework, local labour laws, and regulatory metrics.
- A problem-solving mindset with a collaborative spirit to co-create solutions in a team.
প্রধান দায়িত্ব ও কর্তব্যসমূহ (Key Responsibilities)
- Talent Assessment: Conduct field-level recruitment campaigns and effectively manage the interview process.
- Safer Recruitment: Compliance নীতি অনুযায়ী প্রার্থীদের নিখুঁত background checks এবং reference verification সম্পন্ন করা।
- Data Operations: Maintain comprehensive field staff profiles systematically in EDMS and ERP software architectures.
- Payroll Management: নিখুঁতভাবে মাসিক পে-রোল প্রস্তুত করা, পূর্ববর্তী তথ্যের সাথে সামঞ্জস্য রক্ষা করা (reconcile) এবং পরিবর্তনগুলো আপডেট করা।
- Policy Orientation: can organize field staff training networks and lead orientation events successfully.
- Exit Formalities: Final payment বা চূড়ান্ত পাওনাদি প্রস্তুত করা এবং separation documents-এর যথাযথ রেকর্ড সংরক্ষণ করা।
- Compliance & Support: Facilitate PIP cases, report MIS data, and provide standard HR support related to PMS, income tax, and field well-being visits.

ব্র্যাকের সেফগার্ডিং নীতিমালার আলোকে প্রোগ্রাম টিম মেম্বার, পার্টিসিপেন্ট এবং সংস্থায় আগত যেকোনো ব্যক্তিকে যেকোনো ধরণের ক্ষতি, শোষণ, অবহেলা, হয়রানি বা যৌন নিপীড়ন (SEA) থেকে সুরক্ষিত রাখার দায়িত্ব পালন করতে হবে।
- Act as a central field-source of expertise and strategic guidance regarding safe working environments.
- টিম মেম্বারদের মাঝে Safeguarding Policy-র সঠিক চর্চা, প্রচার এবং স্ট্যান্ডার্ড বাস্তবায়ন নিশ্চিত করা।
- যেকোনো অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত ঘটনা ঘটলে অবিলম্বে নির্ধারিত reporting procedure অনুসরণ করা এবং অন্যদেরও উদ্বুদ্ধ করা।
